1. Shipping Coverage & Free Delivery

We deliver our authentic handcrafted pickles and chutneys to over 26,000+ PIN codes across India via leading courier partners (including BlueDart, Shiprocket Express, Delhivery, and India Post).

2. Order Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Order Dispatch: Orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays & Public Holidays).
• Metro Cities: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India / Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivered within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

3. Real-time Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send an SMS and email containing your AWB Tracking Number and tracking link so you can monitor your shipment live.

4. Protective Glass-Safe Packaging

Every jar is sealed with air-tight leak-proof caps and wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and impact-resistant outer cartons to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
